about

This is the song that made it all possible, being it was the beat for the contest, in which I was fortunate enough to win. The contest was based on the concept of how you became an artist, or your story behind your journey to be where you're at now. It was a month contest, I caught wind with 5 days left. I wrote it, recorded it, and sent it in on the last day. I was honored to take 1st place. I was given 3 more beats from Curtiss King and just decided to make it a little EP, and here we are...

lyrics

It all started with a dream, I was only 13, older brother had me spittin' with his homies on the porch,- of course it wasn't clean, but my content was mean, and it made me free, so I released it from the core,- of course I wanted more,- I gathered up a team, but we'd need a few things, saving dollars doing chores,- we could never find beats, bought a mic it wasn't cheap, but it made me feel complete, when we took it from the store,- from then on its history, it really ain't a mystery, I'm beyond appreciative, I piece together symphonies,- In for the kill,- down from the jump, turned potential to skill,- now they ain't so tough, cuz the lil' homies ill,- never gave a fuck, all I did was keep it real,- now I'm comin" up, do my songs give you chills,- do it for the love, homie tell me how it feels,- tell me how it feels, to be here right now, to be here on board, to be here involved, to be here oh Lord,- here wit my doggs,- yeah flaws and all, I'm buildin dreams, my dogg..

I think I found my angle, me and failure ain't strangers,- I think I found my angel, and she keeps me out of danger,- I think I'm finally able,- to let it out the chamber, cuz I'm thru with all the anger, see the music is my savior,
I think I found my angle, me and failure ain't strangers,- I think I found my angel, and she keeps me out of danger,- I think I'm finally able,- to let it out the chamber, cuz I'm thru with all the anger, see the music is my savior..

Yes,- I was sick of sittin' back watchin,- other artists move forward with another option,- mine were slim, that, my body, and my pockets,- sound bombin,- drowning out my loud conscience,- yeah,- I met my idols and they showed me love,- that's why,- hip hop became my choice of drug, nah,- my drug of choice is really mostly bud,- a cup of liquor in the air, I make this toast to us,- shall we prosper, allow us to stay humble, if the power is provided, take our people out the struggle, we surviving,- but living is thriving, this is my,- rendition of "My Ambitionz Az A Ridah", no sittin' silent,- and I ain't trying to be fly,- but I'm high as Amelia Earhart in the sky,- I dare to soar to new heights, where every star gets his shine, stereotypes are a joke, no limits, farther we climb,- we here right now,- we here on board,- we here involved,- we're here oh Lord,- here wit my doggs,- yeah flaws and all, I'm buildin dreams, my dogg..
